And also, keep in mind that it really is not the price tag that people care about. They want the recognition and respect of their supervisors. Sometimes folks just need a little motivation to rise above the rest.

Everyone has a need for creative expression. Unfortunately, a lot of people aren’t sure what to do with that urge. They feel like being creative means sitting down and painting a picture or “making art” in some other formal way. There are loads of different things that you can do around the house which allow you to express yourself creatively. These projects have a clear beginning, a set of steps and a finished product which makes them easier for people to do than simply sitting down and creating works of art would be.
It’s best to start with something small. If you’re good with wood then you might want to make a small table or bookcase. Alternatively, if you’re good with crafts then you should start there.
